This will be a workshop to approach the practice of Deep Listening, developed by Pauline Oliveros. Together, we will explore how listening to our own breath activates awareness of our vital and emotional relationships through time and space; we will also experiment with our vocal expression to deepen how we leave traces of air in the body and in the air we breathe as a daily relational bond that reveals our presence.
