Description
Colombia in a Breath is a space to discover the rich sound and symbolism that breath and wind instruments represent in the construction of our cultural identity. This event offers a sensitive journey through the history and meanings of breath as a vital gesture and symbolic principle.
The conference will explore the relationship between music, memory, and territory, showing how the sound of the wind connects Indigenous, mestizo, and Afro-descendant roots, and how it continues to inspire contemporary artistic practices. More than a lecture, it will be an invitation to listen to the country through its sonic breath, recognizing in each breath a story that unites us.
