Description
Afghanistan, 2021, shortly before the return of the Taliban to power. Naru, the only female camerawoman at Kabul’s main television network, is fighting to retain custody of her three-year-old son. After leaving her husband because of his constant infidelity, she has become convinced that there are no good men in her country. Therefore, Naru is surprised when Qodrat, the most important journalist at Kabul TV, offers her a professional opportunity. As they both wander the city, covering their last days of freedom, a spark ignites between them and Naru begins to doubt her conviction. Could there, after all, be a good man out there?
