Description
Foods wrapped in leaves are ancestral preparations that speak to us of tradition, identity, and resilience. The use of a leaf as shelter, packaging, tablecloth, and flavor solidifies our cuisine as a treasure trove of diverse tastes and preparation methods.
During this workshop we will discover two ancestral recipes for tamales, one with corn and the other with yucca; basic foods of our culinary mestizaje.
