Synopsis: A man returns to his mother’s house. There he is reunited with the ghosts of his past from which he has been running for years: when he was young, he decided to join a communist guerrilla with the dream of building a more equitable country. This decision cost him years of fear of social judgment and a constant risk of losing his family and losing himself. His memories became blurry as an escape from a story he wanted to forget. At his mother’s house, he will finally have to confront those memories and his darkest fears, in order to make peace with his past and, thus, have the possibility of building a new life.
After the screening, Camila Rodriguez Triana, director of the film, will converse with Elena Acosta, master’s in Aesthetics, educator and researcher.
