The Museum invites you to explore the MAMM archive within the collection exhibition Señal abierta. Lenguajes del arte actual, in the company of Jorge Sepúlveda, head of our Study Room.
About the exhibition
Inspired by the Diccionario de Arte Actual (1985) by Leonel Estrada, Señal abierta proposes a reflection on the ways of naming and thinking about art today. The exhibition brings together works that move between the document, the record, and the art piece, based on a new reading of documentary archives, publications, press, installation essays, and writing practices.
Curated by: Ediciones Réplica (Arturo Salazar and José Ruíz).
