INTERMEDIACIONES: International Showcase of Video Art and Experimental Cinema

Within the framework of the XII edition of INTERMEDIACIONES: Muestra Internacional de Videoarte y Cine Experimental, the Teatro MAMM will be the venue for two encounters with free admission that inaugurate and expand this meeting with contemporary audiovisual art, which will take place in Medellín from October 7 to 11.

• Tuesday, October 7
  The exhibition opens at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín with the presence of Adriana Rojas and the Intermediaciones team. The day will begin with the screening of seven short films from Colombia, the United States, and the Netherlands, and will close with the presentation by Cine Vivo (Research-Creation Seedbed ITM), who will present CORPUS +, a Live Cinema project that unfolds, in six different moments, explorations of the body and its relationship with interior and exterior spaces.
• Wednesday, October 8
  The Teatro MAMM will host the screening of eight works from Colombia, the United States, and Sweden. Additionally, the Local Creators Gathering will take place, with the participation of Juliana Arias Ruiz, Giovanny Rendón Castañeda, Almitas, Elizabeth and Daissy Pérez Ospina, Julián Bedox, Fátima Correa, and Jairo Martínez Cuellar, who will share with the audience their creative, production, and circulation processes in video art and experimental cinema.
