La caída del Alfiler is a staged performance that re-establishes a dialogue between us and plants to tune into a conversation interrupted thousands of years ago. This piece will be performed by the Orfeón de San Juan Bautista, a 50-person choir alongside a select group of plants. Through phytoacoustic devices, the audience will be able to hear the frequencies that plants emit in response to the choir’s interpretation of an annotated score designed to be yawned.
