Lo pequeño es ejemplar. Independent Publishers Market

The Independent Publishers Market: Lo pequeno es ejemplar is an initiative that since 2016 has promoted the work of independent publishers in the country who venture into editing books by exploring niche markets that are not particularly attractive, publishing new authors, exploring unconventional formats, and turning books into small works of art.

Between Tuesday, January 28 and Friday, January 31, and within the framework of the Hay Festival Forum Medellín 2025, we will celebrate an edition of this initiative with the traditional stands, where visitors will find the new offerings these publishers are promoting, as well as a selection of their best titles.

It will be four days to enjoy and share the love of books, along with some conversations and reading promotion spaces. Eight publishing projects will participate to showcase their new offerings and offer great discounts to literature lovers:

  1. Mesa Estandar
  2. Silaba Editores
  3. Tragaluz Editores
  4. La Bruja Riso
  5. Rey Naranjo Editores
  6. Secretos para contar
  7. Frailejon Editores
  8. Nomada Ediciones
  9. Angota Editores

During the days of this Independent Publishers Market Lo pequeno es ejemplar. This is an invitation for residents and visitors of the city to connect with literature and art in our spaces.
