On Thursday, August 21, we inaugurate a new MAMM Collection exhibition that challenges us to reimagine the ways of naming current art. We invite you to explore this exhibition and to broaden your concepts about contemporary creation.
Señal abierta: lenguajes del arte actual
Inspired by the Diccionario de Arte Actual (1985) by Leonel Estrada, this exhibition explores and reinvents the ways of naming art. It brings together works that move between the document, the record, and the art piece, based on a new reading of documentary archives, publications, press, installation essays, and writing practices.
Curated by: Ediciones Réplica (Arturo Salazar and José Ruíz).
