Synopsis:
After 27 years, Dora decides to leave Meinardo, the father of her daughters, to return to her hometown. But just then he suffers a work accident from which he will take months to recover. She feels obligated to postpone her plans and stay by his side. Meanwhile, she finds in the camera a place to talk about the years feeling alone at home, about her dreams and frustrations, about fleeting loves that come and go on La Bestia, the freight train that passes by her house carrying migrants trying to reach the United States.
Dora, always tender and funny, begins to prepare her eldest daughter, Jazmin, to take on the duties and care in her mother’s absence. And she, in turn, prepares her younger sister for what they will have to take on in the new family order.
After the screening, there will be a conversation with David Correa Franco, director of the film.
