Serigrafía dulce is a graphic experimentation experience in which we will explore mambe as an ancestral pigment, transforming it into living ink to print questions, symbols, and memories.
Each participant will be able to experience the complete screen-printing process, create two large-format posters, and print on their own garment. More than a workshop, it is an invitation to create, imagine, and dialogue with a plant that has woven stories and resistances throughout time.
Mambe has accompanied Indigenous and Amazonian communities for centuries as food, medicine, and a symbol of cultural resistance. What new meanings emerge when it becomes color, art, and printed image?
