Synopsis: After a lifetime together, Laura decides to talk with her father Fernando about political activism and the revolutionary dreams of the 1960s. In this generational dialogue, Laura searches for some clues to understand her own utopias and ideals in light of the transmission she has received from her father, and to revisit the past, resignify the present, and Fernando’s memory that fades with the passing years.
After the screening, the conversation features: Laura Gómez Hincapié, director of the film; Marta Villa, historian and coordinator of the Truth Commission in Antioquia; and Marta Hincapié, professor and filmmaker.
