In modern life, where tension, stress, and sedentary lifestyles are common, yoga has emerged as a beacon of serenity and well-being. The practice of yoga focuses on the union of body, mind, and spirit, allowing for deep introspection and personal transformation.
This open-air, multi-level class celebrates the benefits of this ancient practice and commemorates the International Day of Yoga (June 21).
Radhi has been a Yoga and Meditation Teacher for more than 13 years. She is also a dancer, Social Communicator, and holds a Master’s degree in Education. She currently dedicates her work to guiding people of all ages as they begin their journey into yoga and meditation with strong foundations. To date, her virtual school has supported more than 10,000 people around the world in finding greater peace and tranquility in their daily lives.
