AL ESTE is an independent film festival focused on creating spaces for cinematic exchange with Central and Eastern Europe, developing a network that includes the countries in which it takes place: France, Colombia, and Peru.
A cultural event organized by an independent team of cultural content managers and programmers, represented by the nonprofit cultural association ACOA, which seeks, through this initiative, to contribute to the transformation of society following the objectives of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
