Free admission! Three days for everyone to enjoy art
This weekend, from 6 p.m. on Friday, July 25, until 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, admission to the Museo de Arte Moderno de Medellín will be free for residents of Medellín, the Metropolitan Area, Colombia, and abroad. An opportunity for everyone to enjoy art, walk through our galleries, and connect with culture from new perspectives.
The Museum’s galleries are refreshed with two exhibitions that invite us to think about water, territory, and the diversity of knowledge:
- Bubuia. Aguas como fuente de imaginaciones y deseos
- Lleébu. Amazonía colombiana: sonidos y lenguas indígenas en riesgo.
Additionally, you can continue enjoying Khoka Project on our fourth-floor terrace.
As every last Friday of the month, the Extended Night allows you to enjoy the Museum until 10:00 p.m. We invite you to join the outdoor film screening at 7 p.m. and the guided tours of the exhibitions at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., led by our MAMM Mediators.
Free admission is made possible thanks to the support of Nu Bank.
After your tour of the museum, enjoy the unique atmosphere and the wide range of dining options in Ciudad del Río. To get there, you can walk a few blocks south from the Metro Industriales station.
To access the Museum, you can use bus routes that pass along Avenida Las Vegas, the Industriales Metro station or the EnCicla bike-sharing system. There is also covered parking available, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés can be found nearby.
