Guided tour of the exhibition La buena vida.
En Sala con is a space to delve deeper into the curatorial vision of the Museum’s exhibitions, interact directly with artists and curators, and learn firsthand about the motivations and contexts behind the exhibitions. On this occasion, we will visit the exhibition La buena vida, in the company of Ana Ruiz, from our curatorial team, for a specialized tour in which we will discuss the concepts of landscape and territory.
About the exhibition
The exhibition brings together a hundred works from one of the most comprehensive collections of Colombian art and represents one of the few times this collection has been presented outside the network of cultural centers of Colombia’s central bank. La buena vida is composed of some of the most significant works of Colombian art from the last seventy years, which speak about what has been important in the country in terms of individual and collective life choices. It is an invitation to think about how the actions we take during our brief time on this earth are consistent with ourselves, with others, and with the planet.
