Guided tours are a space accompanied by our MAMM Mediators to delve into the context of the exhibitions in our galleries, as well as the motivations of the artists behind their works.
In this tour titled Territorio sagrado, we will approach the concept of rituality seen as a tool of resistance, re-signification, and identity of territories.
About the exhibition
La buena vida. Works from the Collection of the Banco de la Republica
The exhibition brings together a hundred works from one of the most comprehensive collections of Colombian art and represents one of the few times this collection has been presented outside the network of cultural centers of Colombia’s central bank. La buena vida is composed of some of the most significant works of Colombian art from the last seventy years, which speak about what has been important in the country in terms of individual and collective life choices. It is an invitation to think about how the actions we take during our brief time on this earth are consistent with ourselves, with others, and with the planet.
