To recover, reconfigure, and resignify became the objective of this exhibition project, which brought together a group of installations that were crucial to the development of art in Antioquia, based on traces, remains, and objects that constitute the memory of what they once were.
It should be noted that this exhibition arose as the result of the research project “Environments and Installations in Antioquian Art, 1975-2000,” carried out by the Research Group on Theory and History of Art in Colombia at the Faculty of Arts of the Universidad de Antioquia, composed of: Alba Cecilia Gutiérrez, Luz Análida Aguirre, Sol Astrid Giraldo, and Armando Montoya.
