During Holy Week, MAMM is open every day: art, cinema, and special tours

This year during Holy Week, the MAMM is not closing! We will be open every day so you can enjoy our exhibitions, special guided tours, and film screenings with a program designed for engaging with art from different perspectives.

Throughout the week we will have screenings at Cine MAMM, and if you come on Wednesday, April 16, you can enjoy all films with a 50% discount on tickets.

Our schedule will be:

  • Monday, April 14 to Wednesday, April 16: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, April 17 to Sunday, April 20: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Additionally, from Wednesday to Saturday at 3:00 p.m., the MAMM Mediators invite you to join special guided tours of the exhibitions. Each day we will address a different theme to connect art with reflections on power, memory, and representation:

This will be a special tour of the exhibition Juan Fernando Herrán. Materialidades y constelaciones. This experience will take us to explore the artist’s works from an intimate and reflective perspective, pausing at their forms, materials, and symbols to think about power not only as an external force but also as a personal experience.

This is a tour that invites you to look upward and also from above. Through the exhibition Juan Fernando Herrán. Materialidades y constelaciones, we will explore the structures—visible and invisible—that sustain what is elevated: from the physical to the symbolic. What makes something stay in the air? What forces, materials, or ideas allow for ascension?

Join a tour of the exhibitions Juan Fernando Herrán. Materialidades y constelaciones and Invocando a los fantasmas de la modernidad. In this reflective visit, we will explore the images that inhabit our surroundings, the symbols that recur, and the icons that, over time, shape the way we see and remember the world.

A tour of the exhibition Juan Fernando Herrán. Materialidades y constelaciones and Invocando los fantasmas de la modernidad, in which we will approach a selection of works that question traditional notions of heroism and sacrifice. Through art, we will open a space to think about how these figures have been constructed, represented, and resignified in the Colombian context.
